Anyone else already feeling the need for cozy sweaters & crunchy leaves in August? I know I am which is how I ended up creating this pattern! This beanie is SO cozy for fall & winter and is one of my favorite patterns to date. It worked up super quick, I finished my first one in under a day and have been making more every time I have a chance. The stitches used are simple but make such a pretty pattern worked up together. These are great as simple gifts, stash busters (they use about half a skein of yarn or less), or gifts to yourself!

I’ve been working on finding patterns I’d love to use in my everyday life as well as yarn that feels cozier because to me, that’s what it’s all about. I used Loops & Threads Impeccable yarn by Michaels for these and it gave me the stretch I wanted for a beanie like this and was soft enough as well. I’ve also found that this yarn was easy to soften by throwing it in a delicates laundry bag and throwing it in the dryer for a few minutes. If you’re interested in trying out this yarn, you can find it using the link below.
