I am so happy (but also sad?) to be bringing you the final square in our Winter Blanket CAL. We are one step closer to finishing up this amazing CAL and having a luxurious blanket to get cozy under. I have been drowning in a sea of crochet blanket squares and it has been so worth it. I can’t wait for you all to see the final piece!

If you haven’t been following along with this CAL, you can join in at any time! All of the links to past pieces of the CAL are linked below and include all the details you need to join in.

What’s next?

Up next we have the final installment of this CAL – blocking and seaming! We’ll take each square so far, block it out and then seam it together. I’ll show you how I block my squares and the tools I used. You can also find my favorite blocking board here.

I can’t wait to show you all the finished blanket! This has been such a fun experience and this blanket pattern is my favorite to date that I’ve designed. It’s a more modern take on a vintage square design and a piece I hope to keep in my family for a long time.

Let’s keep in touch!
