Welcome back to YarnThrift, I’m so glad you’re here! Although I’ve been taking a little break from the blog, I’ve been designing behind the scenes and I’m so happy I can finally bring to you this crochet V Neck Sweater, the Ember V Neck. This little number has actually been on its way since this summer, so it’s about dang time it made its way to your screen.

If you know me and my designs, you’ll be familiar with the size-inclusive design, but you’ll be happy to know this design includes ANOTHER size. Due to popular demand, I included an XS size in addition to my usual S-5X range. Additionally, the pattern has very minimal seaming as the body is made all in one piece, seamed, and then has sleeves added on.

The Ember V Neck is an easy crochet pattern designed to be slightly cropped. It features a bell-sleeve detail and a v-neckline. It’s super simple to make and works up rather quickly due to the v-stitches used in the pattern. Whether you’re making this one for yourself or someone else, it’s a super fun pattern to work up.

Pin for later!

Where to get the pattern:

I’m so excited to be featured for the second time as a guest designer on the Hooked on Homemade Happiness blog! I had the opportunity to share my Eucalyptus Crop on Breann’s page last year and now have the pleasure of releasing the Ember V Neck there as well! You can find the free pattern on her website here.

Getting to design this v neck crochet pattern was so much fun and I can’t wait to see all the fun projects you all make using it. If you do make one, we’d love to see it! Use the #embervneck and tag us on socials @yarnthrift to share your stitches with us.
